Tire Facility Reopens in Hutchins, TX

Recent Events
-- Vista International Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB: VVIT),
following its permit
application submission at the beginning of this month, last week
reopened its Hutchins, Texas Tire Facility to tire transporters in the
greater metro Dallas, Texas area. The facility has begun taking in used
passenger vehicle tires for processing after being closed since late
last year. We look forward to working together with the transporters in
the area once again.
